THE GOODKEEP WAY
Good property care starts with a straightforward conversation. Here's how we keep it clear, from the first enquiry to the last job on the list.
Let us know the postcode, the jobs you'd like help with and whether you're thinking of a one-off visit or regular care. A few photos can help us understand the work when we speak.
We confirm whether we cover the area, discuss access and agree a task list, timing and quote. For an annual plan, we also agree the schedule and what's included.
We work through the agreed list. If we spot something else that needs attention, we'll tell you. Extra work is discussed and approved before it's added.
You'll get a clear update on the visit. For property checks, we include photographs of the agreed areas and flag anything we noticed that needs a closer look.
SMALL DETAILS. A BETTER WAY TO CARE.
A clear task list and an agreed quote. You'll know what the visit covers before it happens.
If something needs attention, we'll flag it. We won't quietly add work you haven't agreed to.
Access, keys and any instructions are discussed before the visit, especially while you're away.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Something else on your mind?
Add it to your visit enquiry
That's the idea. For example, a visit could include mowing the lawn, clearing leaves and cleaning the bins. Tell us what needs doing and we'll agree a practical list, the time needed and the price before the visit.
No. A one-off Goodkeep Visit is a good place to start. If you'd like ongoing help, we can then discuss a regular plan that fits the property.
Regular Goodkeep is an annual care plan with an agreed schedule and task list. A starting point is four visits a year, one each season. The annual fee, visit length, included work and any extra visits are agreed before you sign up. It isn't an unlimited-jobs plan.
We'll let you know. Work outside the agreed task list needs your go-ahead and an agreed price before it's added. If something needs a specialist, we'll flag it so you can arrange the right help.
Yes, subject to agreeing access and a suitable visit schedule. We can discuss plants, bins, post and visual property checks, with photographs of the agreed checks. Pet care is not included in the current offer.
Our service area and booking contact details are being confirmed. Prices will be quoted for the property, tasks and visit frequency. The visit planner lets you prepare those details; it doesn't confirm availability or make a booking.
